Constipation is a common condition and one of the main reasons for a visit to a gastroenterologist. Your child may be diagnosed with functional constipation, a term that means there is no underlying disease causing his or her symptoms.
If you or your child or teenager, 6 months to 17 years of age, has functional constipation, we are inviting you to take part in the our research study.
