If your child suffers from gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD), they may be eligible to participate in a clinical research trial that aims to treat symptoms of GERD in adolescents ages 12-17.

GERD is prevalent globally and represents one of the most common gastrointestinal diseases
Children who are 12 years and older with GERD experience regular heartburn. If your child or teen suffers from GERD, they may qualify for our clinical trial studying a new potential treatment.
Your child may qualify for the study if:
He or she is in the age group
Between the ages of
12 and 17
years old.
Has been diagnosed with GERD
Or has a suspected
clinical diagnosis of heartburn.
Parent or legal
guardian
Is willing and able to complete the Consent Process.
